漆のお皿でカレーを。頼りになる器。
漆の器でカレーが食べたいという想いから誕生した「小福皿」。
マットで落ち着いた質感は、輪島キリモト独自の「蒔地技法」によるもの。
天然木に布着せを行い、下地を施した後、表面に近い部分でもう一度「輪島地の粉」を使用し、漆を塗り重ねて仕上げています。
そのため表面硬度が高まり擦れに強く、金属のスプーンを使っても傷がつきにくい。
使い込むことで少しずつ艶が出て表情豊かになっていく、その変化も美しいのが特徴です。
大サイズは盛り皿やワンプレートの器として、中/小サイズは銘々皿や取り皿として。大/中/小を重ねた姿も美しい。
毎日の食事で気兼ねなく使える「小福皿」は、頼りになる器です。

Urushi lacquered plate for curry and rice.
Useful vessel for formal dinners as well as casual meals.
"Kofukuzara" was born from the desire to eat curry with lacquerware.
WAJIMA KIRIMOTO's original "Makiji" technique provides mat and chic expression. This plate is made of natural wood and cloth pasting is applied. Then finally a coating of Wajima jinoko
(roasted, crushed, and sifted diatomaceous earth) is added. It cannot be damaged easily
because the high surface hardness and it is also safe with metal cutlery. The more you use it,
the more it gains luster and you can enjoy this change of expression over the years. Large size
is suitable as serving plate ,middle size and small size are for side plates or small plates.
The appearance of stacking large, medium, and small is also beautiful.
The KOFUKU ZARA plate, which can be used in daily life, is a useful vessel.
