お買い物の流れ Shopping Process
1. 商品を選ぶ
お好みの商品が決まりましたら【 種類 】や【 ギフトオプション 】をお選びいただき、【 カートに入れる 】ボタンを押してください。商品がカートの中に入ります。
※種類やギフトオプションをお選びいただけない商品もございます。
※お買物を続ける場合は、ブラウザの【 戻る 】ボタン、または【 買い物を続ける 】ボタンを押してください。
2. 注文手続きに進む
カートの中身をご確認いただき、注文に進む場合は【 ゲストとして購入】【 PAY IDで購入】【 Amazon Pay】のいずれかをお選び、必要事項を記入してください。
3. 内容の確定
ご注文内容をご確認の上、【 購入を確定する 】ボタンを押してください。
※注文内容が確定しますと、ご登録いただきましたメールアドレスに【 自動配信メール 】が届きます。
※yahooやgoogleなどフリーメールをご利用の場合、届かない場合がございます。メールが届かない場合は、info@kirimoto.netまでご連絡ください。
お支払い方法 Method of Payment
輪島キリモト official web shopでは下記のお支払い方法がご利用いただけます。
※税込33万円以上のご購入につきましては、【 銀行振込 】をご利用ください。

Please note: WAJIMA KIRIMOTO accepts either Paypal or bank transfer only. Please do NOT choose a payment method other than Paypal or bank transfer at checking out.
■ 後払い Deferred Payment (only available for domestic orders)
後払い決済なら、商品受け取り後にお支払いすることが可能です。商品とは別で代金お支払いのための請求書が送られます。記載のお支払い期日までに最寄りのコンビニで代金をお支払いください。支払い手数料の300円はご購入者様がご負担ください.
With deferred payment, you can pay after receiving the item. An invoice for payment will be sent to you separately from the item. Please pay at the nearest convenience store by the stated payment deadline. The purchaser is responsible for the payment fee of 300 yen.
■ クレジットカード Credit card (only available for domestic orders and only support the credit cards issued overseas)
ご注文時にインターネット上でクレジットカードにてお支払いください。決済完了後、発送いたします。
【VISA・Master・JCB・アメリカンエキスプレス】ブランドのクレジットカードがご利用いただけます。
※上記クレジットカードブランドであっても、一部発行元やデビット・プリペイドの場合、ご注文画面でエラーとなり、ご利用いただけないことがございます。
※海外で作成したクレジットカードには対応していません。
※ご注文時にエラーとなる場合には、別のクレジットカードや別決済方法をお試しください。
■ コンビニ決済またはPay-easy Convenience Store Payment or Pay-easy (only available for domestic orders)
コンビニ決済の受付番号やPay-easyの収納機関番号や確認番号は購入後にお送りするメールに記載されております。支払い手数料の300円はご購入者様がご負担ください。
The convenience store payment reception number, Pay-easy storage institution number, and confirmation number are included in the email sent after purchase. The purchaser is responsible for the payment fee of 300 yen.
■ 銀行振込 Bank Transfer
購入完了メールに記載の指定口座宛に、期限までにお振り込みください。ご入金確認後、発送いたします。

※購入時のメールが確認できないときは、直接お問い合わせください。

IDとパスワードだけで、かんたん・安全にクレジットカードでお支払いすることができます。新規登録は無料、銀行口座からもお支払いいただけます。（振込手数料無料）

器・小物・・・国内はクロネコヤマト、またはゆうパックにて配送、海外はEMSにて配送いたします。
※配送業者のご指定はできません。あらかじめご了承ください。

器・小物につきましては、下記のお届け時間帯からお選びいただけます。
ご注文時に配送希望時間帯からご希望をお選びください。

国内、お届け先1カ所につき購入金額が税込22,000円以上の場合、送料無料にて配送いたします。

海外発送について
海外発送は基本的にEMSにて行います。送料はご発送先の国と地域によって異なります。送料はチェックアウト時に計算されます。
For International Orders,
Basically we ship the items via EMS. The shipping fee vary depending on the address that you enter.
The shipping fee will be calculated at checking out.
お渡し期間 Delivery period
当店では、実店舗と在庫を共有している関係で、ごく稀ではございますが、お客様にご購入して頂いた時点で品切れとなっている場合がございます。万一、そのような事態が発生してしまった場合につきましては、2営業日以内にお客様にその旨をご連絡いたします。
Since we share inventory with our physical stores in Japan, items you order might turn out to be out of stock.
In that case, we will let you know about it within 24 hours.
■ 器・小物につきまして Delivery of vessels
お名入れ品、オーダー品以外の器・小物は、ご注文完了後、 2営業日以内もしくはご指定日に到着するよう発送いたします。
The items in stock other than
personalized items and custom made products will be shipped within five days after the
order is completed. Please note the days of delivery may vary depending on the transportation status.
■ お名入れ品 Personalized items
お名入れ品につきましては、ご注文から2週間程度お時間頂戴いたします。
お届け希望日時にご注意下さいますよう、お願い申しあげます。（お急ぎの場合はご相談ください。）
For Personalized items, it will take about two weeks from the time of ordering.
■ オーダー品・ご予約品 Custom made items
器・小物、家具などのオーダー品・ご予約品につきましては、完成次第ご連絡いたします。
その際に、お届け希望日時をお知らせくださいませ。
For Custom-made products (made-to-order products), we will contact you as soon as it is completed.
■ 家具 Furniture
家具は受注生産とさせていただいております。商品によってお渡し期間が異なります。
※手仕事ゆえ、納期が前後する場合がございます。予めご了承くださいませ。
※家具につきましては、お届け日時のご指定を承りかねます。

■ 営業日につきまして Our business days
土日祝日、夏季休暇及び年末年始休暇は営業しておりません。
この間にご注文いただいた商品の発送は翌営業日となります事あらかじめご了承ください。

表示価格はすべて内税です。
※2019年10月1日の消費税変更に伴いまして、8%→10%に変更しております。

クーポンコードにつきましては、自動ではご注文に適用されませんので、必ずお客様ご自身にて入力いただくようお願いいたします。

返品について Return Policy
■ 返品の可否
誠に申し訳ございませんが、受注完了後のお客様のご都合によるキャンセル、返品はお受付けいたしかねます。
万一、お届けした商品に破損・汚損、間違いなどがございましたら、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。
折り返し当店より返品・交換方法をご連絡いたします。
お届けした商品の修理・交換が不可能な場合には、商品をご返送いただいた後、返金対応をさせていただきます。
※コンピューターディスプレイの性質上、商品のカラーが実際のものと異なって見える場合がございます。
We cannot accept cancellations or returns due to customer's convenience after the order is completed.
■ 返品の条件 Return Conditions
以下の場合のみ返品をお受けいたします。
・初期不良の場合（破損・汚損など）
・注文した商品と異なる品が届いた場合
※漆絵、蒔絵など特注品は詳細を確認し、ご了解をいただいた上で製作に取りかかります。返品はお受付いたしかねます。
In case of defective products, please contact us immediately after the product arrives.
Please note that we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or the item is different from your order.
* Custom-made products such as urushi-e and Maki-e will be produced upon confirmation of the details. Thus we cannot accept returns.
In that case, we will bear the shipping costs for returns.
■ 返品にかかる送料負担 Shipping Charges for Returns
当店の不備によりますご返品の場合のみ、当店にて送料を負担いたします。
We will only bear the shipping cost if the item is returned due to the above return conditions.
