見た目にも楽しく、食卓にリズムを与えてくれる箸置き。

朴の木を削り出し、一つひとつの形を整えた箸置きは、佇まいも美しく、箸をしっかりと置くことができます。
優しい木目を引き立てるのは、漆塗りの技法の中で最も基本的な「拭漆技法」によるもの。
手跡やほこりなどを残さないよう丁寧に整えられた木地の上に直接漆を塗り込み、乾かないうちに布を使って、漆を擦り込むように拭き取り乾かす。それを繰り返し仕上げています。
黒／ベンガラ／生漆（きうるし）の三色。

The chopstick rests, which are carved out of Japanese white-bark magnolia and shaped and
finished one by one, have a beautiful appearance and allow you to place chopsticks firmly.
You can feel the beauty of the wood grain by using the most basic "Fuki-urushi" in the lacquer
painting technique. It is applied lacquer directly on the wood that is carefully prepared so as not
to leave any traces or dust, and before it dries, use a cloth to wipe off the lacquer and dry it.
The process is repeated 5-6 times to be finished.
Three colors, black/iron oxide red/natural urushi color are available.
