優しい口当たりと、やわらかな手触り。
やや外に反った上縁、そこから高台へ続くなめらかな曲線が美しい「端反椀」。
微妙なラインを持つ「端反椀」は、椀木地師と何度もやりとりを重ねながら誕生した器です。
やわらかな曲線は手に馴染み、端反型の上縁は唇に沿い汁物が飲みやすい。
また、漆ならではのふっくらとした質感、奥行きのある表情は「本堅地技法」によるもの。
天然木に布着せ行い、「輪島地の粉」を用いた下地を施し、中塗り、上塗りと丁寧に塗りを重ね仕上げています。
使い込むことで少しずつ色が明るくなり、艶も増していく、その変化も美しいのが特徴です。
特大サイズはどんぶりや雑煮椀として、大／中サイズは汁椀や飯椀として。
用途を限定しない形状の「端反椀」は、和洋問わず幅広く使うことができ、使い込むほどに愛着がわく器です。

It provides a gentle feel on the mouth and a smooth touch in your hand.
HAZORI WAN has the slightly curved rim and the beautiful smooth curved body toward the bowl foot. HAZOWI WAN with an exquisite curve was born after repeated discussion and many
prototypes with the wooden bowl craftsman. The soft curve fit allows for a perfect feel in your
hand. The rim of the bowl provides a smooth feel on the mouth and provides easiness when
drinking soup.
Soft texture and a depth of expression which are unique to Urushi lacquerware are created
using "Hon Kataji" painting technique.
Lacquer cloth is applied to natural wood on the parts of the piece that are easily damaged, such as edges, base footings. Then, diatomaceous earth collected from Mt. Komine in Wajima City
that has been fired and made into a powder called Wajima jinoko is applied as a base coat, then it is polished, given a mid-coat, then a top coat. The more you use it, the more it gains
brightness and luster and you can enjoy this change of expression over the years. Extra Large
size can be used as a Ramen bowl. Large size and Medium size can be for soup, rice. The
bowl has no limit purpose of use and can be used with a variety of cuisine. The more you use
this bowl, you will begin to build a certain attachment with it.
